We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Specialist to join our Digital Business Team.

About the role:

• Contribute to the management and development of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs across OVS Group brands and international markets, in collaboration with the other CRM team members
• Plan and execute multichannel CRM activities aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, frequency and customer value
• Develop personalized customer communications across CRM channels and in-store loyalty materials
• Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer profiles, purchasing behaviour, engagement and lifecycle
• Analyse customer data, campaign performance and key CRM & loyalty KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities and translating insights into actionable CRM initiatives
• Contribute to maintaining and improving customer database quality, completeness and enrichment
• Work closely with Retail, Digital, Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Legal and local market teams to ensure the effective implementation of CRM projects
• Develop and deliver CRM and loyalty training materials for store and local teams

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in CRM and loyalty programs, preferably within the Retail or Fashion industry .
• Experience in multi-country projects and the ability to adapt CRM approaches to different markets and local needs.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms, preferably the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud) or equivalent solutions.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools, preferably Google Looker or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of CRM, loyalty and Retail KPIs, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable CRM initiatives.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong digital and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A strong team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

The opportunity is full time, with annual salary range between 35.000 euro - 40.000 euro.
